We guarantee to replace or repair any one of our articles free of charge which becomes defective within one year of shipping date, when subject to fair treatment.

Conditions:
Minimum Acceptable orders: $50.00 or over at prices listed. A $5.00 service charge will be added to orders under $50.00 to cover the extra cost of processing and shipping.

Prices:
All prices shown are F.O.B. factory. All prices are subject to change without notice. GST and PST are extra. All orders are subject to approval.

Terms:
C.O.D. for customers without purchase order approval. Net 30 days for all customers with established credit.

Shipping Instructions:
Specific truck routing should accompany each order and will be followed if practical or possible. If transport company is not specified, the most economic and safe method will be chosen. Lolimpin Gym Equipment is not responsible if merchandise is damaged in transit; it is the responsibility of the receiver to check shipments. Claims for shortages must be written on the Bill of Lading before accepting merchandise. If bill is signed without claim there is not proof of shortage or damage.

Claims:
Claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of goods being received.
Return Procedure:
Authorization in writing must be obtained to return merchandise. Any merchandise claimed to be defective must be shipped back pre-paid. Collect shipment will be refused. Upon receipt a request for authorization to return merchandise, a return goods report number will be issued and must appear on the label.
